AMC BIT-100 ( V1.2 ) Filter Integrity Tester
Integtest series filter tester is a specialized instrument for testing the integrity of filter and filtration systems, special bubble point and diffusion flow (forward flow), and for determining the accuracy of filtration system and filter integrity. Test procedures meet FDA requirements, state pharmacopoeia, and GMP for sterilization filters.

Bubble point testing by itself does not fully guarantee a filter will completely stop all bacterium it is designed to retain. Therefore it is required to combine the diffusion flow method for comprehensive evaluation to ensure the integrity of the sterile filtration process. In order to meet the strict requirements of the biological pharmaceutical industry for sterile filters, we offer the IntegtestTM BIT-150 full-automatic filter integrity tester. It combines with advanced hardware and software systems along with proprietary artificial intelligence algorithm, allowing it to be capable of automatic testing of diffusion flow and bubble points with higher precision.

AMC BIT-200 ( V4.0 ) Filter Integrity Tester
This integrity tester is specifically designed using the water immersion method for hydrophobic filters, thus solving the problem that hydrophobic filters can only be used after being infiltrated with organic solvents. This is a significant improvement over the existing technologies found in China.
