amcFluoroCap

amcFluoroCap disposable capsule is specifically designed for high purity filtration of critical process chemicals for the microelectronics industry. amcFluoroCap capsule contains only two materials, i.e., unsupported polytetrafluoroethylene membrane and perfluoroalkoxy structural component and offers superior cleanliness and chemical compatibility at elevated temperatures.  The increased filtration area of amcFluoroCap capsule minimizes the pressure drop during the filtration process, maintains high flow, and enhances particle removal performance.  A variety of retention ratings are available to suit specific application needs.

amcFluoroCap capsule is acid washed and 18 Mega-ohm DI water flushed, assuring quick and reliable startup.  Optional water-wet capsule requires no IPA procedures, eliminating the time, cost, inconvenience and hazardous waste disposal associated with conventional IPA prewetting.
